Airdrie Alberta located just north of Calgary. The town was first established as a railway village in 1889 during the construction of the Calgary and Edmonton Railway. There are a number of city parks around Airdrie for visitors to explore, including Nose Creek Park, which hosts the annual Airdrie Festival of Lights every Christmas season. Other annual festivals include the Canada Day Parade and the Airdrie Pro Rodeo.

Iron Horse Park

Nose Creek Valley Museum
The Nose Creek Valley Museum in Airdrie Alberta displays over 100 years of the Nose Creek Valley history. The museum provides an interesting glimpse into the historical aspects of Airdrie and the surrounding area, and includes displays of early farming and ranching, military and natural history. The Bert Church Live Theatre
