Alberta Vacation Attractions: Drumheller

Alberta Vacations, Travel and Hotels

Drumheller, the "Dinosaur Capital of Canada", is located in the heart of South Central Alberta. The Drumheller Valley offers visitors a unique combination of spectacular scenery and fun things to do. Drumheller is located within easy driving distance to the communities of Banff, Calgary and Red Deer. The scenery is outstanding. Rolling fields suddenly give way to steep, dry coulees ridged with the strata of hundreds of years of erosion by time, wind and water. The area offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities for visitors.
